This year, the entire CWU Membership have voted on and accepted the Four Pillars of Security and Pay National Agreement, some of the key points for Delivery Members across Northamptonshire will be the implementation of change in culture, rebuilding of confidence and trust and the start of the process of completing the shorter working week.
As the new National agreement is now upon us, All Delivery Representatives will be working hard to get all the benefits of the National agreement implemented smoothly and effectively for all CWU Members.
