Anti Racism March and General Conference

So it’s been just over a month since I attended the anti racism march in London, where we joined many activists against racism.  This was a great experience and some of our members photos have made it to the diversity calendar!

Then it was on to general conference for the first time for me, where I was able to vote on many of the motions being moved over the week, my next stop will be to attend Birmingham Pride with the branch and the region.  If you are planning a trip to watch the parade look out for us with our CWU banners and flags and give us a shout out!

Hi, my name is Natalie Frost, I am the newly elected LGBT Branch officer.

I have been with RM for almost 20 years and have been a proud member of the CWU from day one.

I am looking forward to getting into my new role and some activism along the way, my first stop will be in March, attending the Anti Racism March in London with the CWU, then in May I will be attending Pride in Birmingham.

I hope and look forward to meeting some of you at either of these events.
